První čakra, Muladhara, živel země

Šel jsem a posadil se u stromu. Mluvila se mnou. Sdílela se mnou své potěšení ve dne a její vnitřní ticho v noci.
Prošel jsem skrze její kůru a stal se stromem - jeho větvemi, jeho listy, jeho semeny, jeho kořeny a jeho kmenem. Slavíme spolu střídání ročních období života.

Druhá čakra, Swadhisthana, vodní živel

Šel jsem a posadil se do bublajícího, stříkajícího jezírka v potoce. Čirá tekoucí voda odplaví tu hrůzu, neštěstí a sní o tom aby to tak vypadalo, že vše co mě trápí, bylo navždy zničeno.

Ona říká: "Protože jste přišli sem za mnou podělím se s vámi o své tajemství - v každém okamžiku, jsem nová, čistá a také nevinná. Mé rozdávání je nekonečné.
"Zůstaň chvíli. Budu snít tvé sny s tebou. To mohu udělat, protože láska mi dovoluje dosáhnout na tebe. "

Třetí čakra, Manipura, živel ohně

Zažehnutí výbuchu je zuřivé a divoké. Hrom ze tebou burácí.
Ve dne se Slunce v ledu třpytí.
V noci Střelec střílí šípy s tekutým ohněm, osvětluje cesty vedoucí skrze temnotu aby se jeden mohl k druhému připojit.

Chakras Supplemental

First Chakra, Muladhara, Earth element

I went and sat by a tree. She spoke to me. She shared with me her delight in the day and her inner silence at night.
I passed through her bark and became the tree—her branches, her leaves, her seeds, her roots, and her trunk. We celebrate together the changing seasons of life.

Second Chakra, Swadhisthana, Water element

I went and sat in a bubbly, splashing pool of water in a stream. The clear, flowing water washes away the horror, unhappiness, and the dreams of annihilation that have haunted me it seems forever.
She says, “Since you have come here to visit me I will share with you my secret—In each moment I am new, pure, and innocent too. My giving is unending.
“Stay a while. I will dream your dreams with you. This I can do because love uses me to reach out to you.”

Third Chakra, Manipura, Fire element

Lightning blasting furious and raging. The roar of thunder pacing behind.
By day the sun dazzling in ice.
By night Sagittarius, shooting arrows of liquid fire, burns a path through the darkness to connect one to another.
